Refund policy

The Regent Gift Shop will refund most items within 30 days of purchase (or delivery for online orders) if they are in resellable condition, provided it has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn, and all labels and tags are attached. The refund will be posted using the original payment method used for the order. Customers who return an online order are responsible for their return postage.
(EXCEPTIONS: SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.)

How long until I get my refund?
Please allow 7-10 days to receive your refund back to your account. The processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. The Regent Gift Shop does not pay for return postage, and shipping will not be refunded.
 
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges by mail. However, if you come into the gift shop within 30 days of your purchase and bring the item(s) in their original condition according to the return policy, we will happily exchange them.
